Vanadium Nitride_VN Nanoalloy from NaBond

Vanadium Nitride_VN Nanopowder is also named vanadium nitride alloy. Its micro hardness is about 1520HV and melting point is 2360℃. It is a new-type alloy additive and can be applied to the production of microalloyed steel in place of ferrovanadium. Adding Vanadium Nitride_VN Nanoalloy into steel can improve its intensity, tenacity, ductibility and thermal fatigue resistance and bring excellent to steel. To achieve the same intensity, 30-40% of vanadium will be saved cutting the cost. Vanadium Nitride_VN Nanoalloy can be applied to the production of structural steel, tool steel, pipe line steel, concrete iron and cast iron. The application of Vanadium Nitride_VN Nanoalloy to high-strength low-alloy steel enables effective micro-alloying of vanadium and nitride. It can promote the separation of carbon, vanadium and nitrogen compounds from steel and show better effect of sedimentation enhancement and crystalline grain refining.

Storage:

The product should be sealed and stored in cool and dry room and not be exposed to air avoiding a conglobation caused by damp resulting in poorer dispersion and performance. Besides, heavy presses should be prevented.
