NB-988 intermediate-temperature curing adhesive is a two-component pasty adhesive consisting of epoxy resin and mixed amine and can be cured within 20 minutes under 120℃. It is applicable to the bonding of metal-metal, metal-laminate material and laminate material- laminate material and can be used for a long term in room temperature.
Specification:
Main ingredients: Part A: bisphenol A epoxy resin; Part B: polyamide resin of low
molecular weight, aryl amine and so on.
Appearance & Packing: Part A: light-yellow viscous liquid;
Part B: dark-brown viscous liquid.
Part A and Part B are packed separately and supplied in set.
Viscosity: the viscosity of mixture of part A and part B is 9400 mPa·s under 23℃±2℃.
Applicable period: under 23℃±2℃, 100g mixture keeps applicable for 110min.
Application: NB-988 has been applied to the bonding between filler blocks, tapes of Fiber Reinforced Plastic and preimpregnated carbon cloths of upper and lower plywood components of rotor head of helicopters in die forming.
Applicable to the bonding of upper and lower plywood components of rotor head of helicopter, filler blocks, tapes of Fiber Reinforced Plastic and preimpregnated carbon cloths. The product has passed flight test and been put into mass production.
