Vibratile platform can keep the vibration of materials which are plated while turning. For the turning of particles, every side of them can be evenly coated and deposition spots eliminated to a large extent.
In the case of current vacuum deposition device of customers, this vibratile platform and reverse vaporization crucible are also compatible.
